Our 6 steps model

We deliver a service of high quality

It’s very important for us to perfectly understand our client needs. We gather enough elements during our meeting(s) to be able to qualify the problem, evaluate the context of intervention and figure out the issues.
  • Our database of more than 2000 Transition Managers is regularly enriched by participating in shows and clubs while being closely connected to social networks (LinkedIn, Viadeo).
  • Our transition Managers are strictly evaluated by us, where technical skills, experience and personality are screened. With their agreement, we systematically take references from former employers and experience.
Before the mission starts, we examine the context and issues together with the selected Interim manager and our client, so that we can set priorities and required means together. We thus maximise the likelihood to achieve the objectives of the mission.
The Interim Manager begins by a quick audit on the field. In close collaboration with the client, he then proposes tools to steer the correct progress of the mission. Action plan, indicators and deadlines allow to quickly adjust deviations against plan and not to deviate from objectives.
We ensure having regular meetings and contact with the manager and the client throughout the mission, as it’s critical to success. The transition manager and the client benefit from a single and dedicated contact person within our firm, ready to discuss at any time.
We systematically ask our client to assess our work and to rate the added value of our work. We use this feedback as part of our continuous improvement loop process, so we can always strengthen the quality of service we deliver to our interim Managers and our clients.
